Seasonal lease available from November 1st through May 1st

Monthly increments only  -  60 day minimum

 

$11,750.00 per month for seasonal leases

Annual lease will be considered. 

           (Electric and phone service will not be included in annual leases)

 

** Leases less than 6 months are subject to additional 11.5% tourism tax

 

1st and last months rent due at lease signing

Security Deposit:  $11,750.00 (returned within 10 days of satisfactory completion of lease)

Credit and background check may be required

 

 

Dog(s) are welcome but MUST be well behaved, house broken and approved by owner

 

Lease Includes:

             *   Completely furnished including linens, towels, beach towels, dishes,                                           glassware, pots, pans, etc. - everything you need to feel at home

             *   Weekly house cleaning service

             *   2 times weekly landscape services

             *   Weekly pool service

             *   Pest control service

             *   ADT security protection

             *   Direct TV HD satellite with premium channels and NFL

             *   DSL high speed internet & fax

             *   Utilities to include, water, garbage, & sewer. 

             *   Electricity including 50 amp shore power at the dock (capped at $500/month)

             ** Phone service negotiable

            

Additional items for lease during stay:

             2002 Mercedes SLK32 AMG (convertible)  -  $400.00 per month

             2007 SeaDoo GTI SE 155 hp Waverunner (3 man) -  $150.00 per month
